My first time trying paneer, Amarish gave me amazing suggestions on how to prepare. We normally make garlic bread w bbq, so I seasoned the paneer w garlic bread seasoning, a little grape seed oil and grilled it. Not only did my family absolutely love it, it was a beautiful side dish!! Such a better solution to bread due to its high protein value! Thank you Atlanta Cheese Company!
