Atlanta Cheese Company was born out of a simple frustration: why was it so hard to find truly fresh paneer in Georgia? We believe that what goes into your food matters — and after reading one too many ingredient labels full of preservatives and unfamiliar chemicals, we decided to do something about it. What started as a small-batch operation in Norcross has grown into Atlanta's go-to source for handcrafted paneer, made with fresh cow's milk from local farms in Georgia.
